Xfinity box wont turn on.
Secondary box not working. Looking for some help we have two cable boxes the main one in the living room and the secondary one in my room. We decided to move the main box down to the basement to our new tv room and it works but my box has no signal and I have to put the main box back in the living room for mine to work again.

About every 7 - 14 days., when I turn on my Xfinity box and TV, I'll get a black screen with a "No Signal" message (all other times, the TV works fine). The blue power light does turn on on the Xfintiy box and when I press buttons on the remote, the green light lights as well so the box is on. Pressing the power button on the box does nothing.
