One thing you misunderstood, it unlocks every engram, you don't have to grab them later they're just unlocked (although you may need to do the code every time you get on idk for sure honestly it may reset when you exit the game) so technically you could just really prog through all the things if you had the mats. 2.I think you have to unlock engrams on the other maps. #1. When I look at the engine settings(I do not have expert mode enabled), go to "Engram Entries" there is a drop down list of all the engrams including Tek, any engram can be selected and you can chose the level requirement and the EP cost. I have not tested this out at all but the option is there but may not work.
