So we ordered our tickets online for the next day for the 9;30am time slot. We arrived about 30 minutes early and the line for people with tickets was already quite long.

Real Alcazar de Sevilla is open to the public every day of the year except for December 25th. Hours of operation vary based on the time of year and day of the week. The palace is open from 9.30 am until 7 pm in the summer months of July and August. In the winter months of December, January and February, the palace is open from 9.30 am until 5 pm.
