John deere gator clutch problems.

New guy with a problem. Have a Gator 4x2 I bought two years ago and have had few problems`. However, when checking the drive belts recently, I noticed that the bolt attaching the secondary clutch was loose, actually hanging out and held in placer by the exhaust pipe.
