The sigil is completely full of blue light. Baro insists my actions are working and to keep it up. Is this quest bugged? Can I not get Inaros? I've looked around on the Forums but haven't found any concrete answers. Any help would be appreciated. I've killed well over a hundred seekers on earth, mars, and Ceres.

During the Sands of Inaros quest, the glyph on the sacred vessel was not changing even after fullfiling the vessels challenge, I finished building the helmet in invintory (although the part build is not required) yet the glyph wasn't changed I relogged and restarted yet it didn't work either.

The image on the vessel itself is a progress bar, filling from the bottom up as you progress. I had the same target. I finished it quite fast at Helene. By sheer luck, I noticed the Manic glyph, which had previously been complete, was suddenly showing partial progress following the Silver Grove update.
