Some people have had issues with the birds head on the trigger bar riding the slide between the safety plunger and breech face. Mine had this issue with oem Glock trigger housing and Glock trigger bar. Needed some fitting to run smooth. Pin holes were very tight.

Thanks a lot-that worked. The problem with the G30SF is that the trigger won't work after reassembly so something wrong with the safety as the trigger won't work and I'm ordering another. I had the 9mm out as reference on some parts and mistakenly put it's slide on the 45 frame. I think I need to quit while I'm ahead. Time to play with the dog.
