I really liked playing BD with doom 2 reloaded and UAC Ultra though the final boss thing is glitched in UAC ultra, still the the rest of the wad very fitting for BD. Playing UAC Ultra now. Really fun, and absolutely unrelenting! Well, the obvious recommendation would be the Brutal Doom: Hell On Earth Starter Pack.3 points - Maps of Chaos - I know this is a bit of a controversal take.
