Managed to beat Skull Storm with all 8 starter decks, and yeah it's really just a matter of RNG manipulation to make it anywhere near consistent. On top of the well known ones like the Fair Hand rule, you can also Quit to Menu to reset the Trader's first set of cards to get the ones you want without losing a pelt.
