With the surgically repaired wrist and the recoil-sensitive factor, I would suggest that you go with something with less recoil than the .45 / .410 Judge. I have one and believe me it has considerably more recoil than my TCP 738 and my PT138.The Judge has paper-thin cylinder walls. With the Raging Judge it might be OK, but not with a regular Judge. There's no way to know what the pressure level is on so-called ".45 Colt +P" rounds, because there is no SAAMI standard established. But some of those rounds are said to exceed 27,000 psi!
