Feb 20, 2024 · You discovered new photos in the SPYPOINT App but didn’t receive notifications. In the SPYPOINT App, check if all the notifications are on: 1. Press the profile icon in the top right corner of the SPYPOINT App. 2. Press “App Notifications”. 3. Select the kind of notifications you want to receive: • All.
Make sure you have selected the correct battery setting in your SPYPOINT app. Note: The first time you use your LINK-MICRO or LINK-MICRO-LTE with a LIT-10 you will have the low battery pattern. This is normal. You will need to change the battery setting in the app and then wait for the camera to communicate for the update to go through. The Spypoint update the firmware was designed not only to fix the issues, but also help the camera running better way.
