I found one in black scratch after importing. They are only spawned in Adventurer Mechanical Shops [kenshi.fandom.com] wich are only found in Tech hunter locations. These shops can spawn in all the locations in the screenshot but are not guaranteed to. The locations that include (override) will only spawn these shops when the world state changes.God damn the crab raiders, fake skeletons and Reavers. There's a great spot near the lakes but the raids are fucking BUSINESS. You need a huge, 70s+ skill group with Masterwork everything to make it. Plated Longboots are there 99% of the time, but I have seen it not spawn. (But it will almost certainly spawn in 1-3 days)
