My office jet pro 8710 printer is stuck on 0% initializing. HP Smart program on computer says printer is connected and everything looks good until I try to print and it says "Cannot print. Connect printer to updte HP instant ink status." with options to connect or ok. When I try to connect it begins initializing and stays on 0%With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
