Hey, I recently had a similar problem with a pair of glasses from Costco. The left side of the left lens (single vision) was distorted. I told them, and they ran some tests on the lens in store that showed that there might have been a defect in the lens. They sent the glasses back and had the lens recut, which fixed the problem. I took the plunge and immediately saw a big difference in close up, intermediate and distance vision. Threre was almost no adjustment time with these glasses. For me, it was well worth the cost. I have purchased 3 pairs of the neurolense glasses- 1 progressive, 1 computer/ office glasses and progressive sunglasses. I am waiting for my sunglasses.Costco has a warehouse with 100's so Costco is able to recoup the cost much faster so we have a overall lower cost. Also if you like a designers frame not from Costco many times we can still cut the lenses for it for a small $18 fee.
