ReplyBanshee has the capability to score the highest, but she is inconsistent and a pain to drive. Go with OB and put it on auto. Depends on your comp - I use her instead of OB since I run a CA team with warlord to extend debuffs which really helps keeping her poison sensitivity up. She also has better base defense.
