I've got blood on my twinblade so I can proc the hemorrhage from both blades in only two swings. The jump L1 can one hit quite a few enemies. You can get the Eleonara Poleblade, I been using it in NG+ and the blood buildup especially in pvp is amazing.

I am wondering to either use Vyke's Spear for a madness build or Eleonora's Poleblade because both of them look fun. Poleblade is very nice for people who like having a super powerful ace up their sleeve with the weapon art. The charged R2 is also quite good for bleed procs. Honestly, ER does a very good job with build diversity. 95% of builds feel great--I keep finding myself switching up my weapon loadouts, without even respecing.
