I am a returning solar warlock main. I'd love to join in the well-skating bonanza, but I need an eager edge sword. Is there a particularly efficient way to get one (and possibly, to farm for red borders and get to crafting)? Just run dares of eternity. First run per week gives a red border and after that it's just RNG.
Four ways to skate with eager edge that I'm aware of: Basic skate, works on all classes. Jump, light attack, swap weapon immediately to preserve momentum. Doesn't go quite as far as the other methods, and expends ammo whether it succeeds or fails. Shatterskate, requires Stasis Hunter with Shatterdive equipped.

If you can: regular sword skate, shatter-skate, well-skate and double eager edge, odds are you already know how to platform well enough that jumping puzzles are trivial. I think stuff like Eager Edge raised the skill ceiling for movement. And it made speedrunning WAY more fun. Also, sorry for the dicks downvoting and insulting.
Your skates are equiped with an inside and an outside edge. It is important for young hockey players to get comfortable using both edges. Your edges are integral to everything you do whether it is your forward stride, cross-overs, stops & starts, etc... While working on edges try to keep your weight on the balls of your feet.
