If you don't care about the external safety than you should try to shoot each and see what you like best. Both can be learned with practice.

Prax. I have a LEM V1 P30 and a P30L V3. A few say they notice a huge difference, they can't shoot the LEM trigger, etc. I personally can not tell much of a difference, can shoot them both, so I don't know what they are talking about. The only difference to me is the tigger is consistent with the LEM.
