When I bought it, it had many new parts including a cav pump, alternator, injectors, starter and steering valve. It can be set to .060 on each bolt by using 2 1/2" wrench's, loosen lock nut then set clerance, hold bolt and tighten lock nut, this will release the p.t.o clutch sooner when pushing pedal down.
