Those upper receivers that you linked are meant to be used for the virtus handguards with m-lok. One thing to consider is that the mcx lowers are compatible with either the legacy or virtus uppers. I have a legacy and am considering purchasing one of these uppers with a handguard in the near future when I am no longer wanting to use keymod.
