Eh, not really. For bosses, no. Its wa is really slow, doesn’t stagger, very expensive. It’s effective against lots of enemies, but only from distance. It's good in dungeons with a lot of small mobs in narrow areas. But for bosses, no. It’s good for enemies that like dodge, lots of bunched up enemies and other situations.
