Mine did exactly what yours is doing. I would take a chopstick and push toward where the rubber is supposed to be and hit the load/unload button. It should be easier to move, but it will stretch and will never be the same and will ALWAYS migrate back over. Also, THERE IS NO WAY TO REPLACE IT WITHOUT DISASEMBLING THE MACHINE!
