The biggest advantage the G43X/G48 have over the 15 round capacity G19 is weight. The G43X/G48 weighs nearly 7 oz less than the G19. Some of that is the 5 extra rounds that the G19 carries.

The problem comes from slight variations in the mag well dimensions which can cause the S15's to seat differently than the OEM mags and introduce feeding/chambering issues.
