MPG will drop to some extent. Who's running a 3" leveling kit with 35s. I am running 35's with a 3 inch body lift, had to trim a little bit though. You can put 35s on a Stock F150, but you need to make some changes in the front area of the tires for this purpose. Add a leveling kit, or you can remove the crash bars and use your 35s without any problem.
