I do like some of bungie’s decisions on most aspects of Destiny playability but this constant grinding the wellspring for glaive patterns at very low drop rates are not one of them.

Is anyone able to confirm that the exotic glaive patterns are actually dropping from the Wellspring activity after you've completed the Evidence Board? I initially chose the Hunter Glaive and would like to try to get the other glaives, but after about two hours or so of farming normal wellspring, I've yet to see one drop.

I have decided to go for the exotic Warlock Glaive. The evidence board has ONLY the Reverse-Lure exotic quest icon on it. Yet, I cannot collect it into my inventory. ... I did get the exotic glaive on my warlock first. The initial Glaive quest is account wide. Once it's complete you can craft one of the three exotic glaives. The other two patterns are added to the Wellspring loot pool. Character being played doesn't seem to matter.
