It's kind of fun to run SC with Intimidate and Memento with Ravenous on an all armor build. Ravenous gets you 80% bonus armor at full stacks and memento gives 60% per pickup. Makes the damage boost from SC have better uptime but HF is much easier to run. It’s not really that good, that’s why.

Perfect Bloodsucker- feels like surviving is easier compared to memento (and i tend to run it with Perfect Preservation) but run into damage problems. Also Hard to get the initial bonus so the fight starts off with low damage. Intimidate- good burst at the start but I'm basically made of glass.

I suspect each of them only drops with specific criteria, but what that is I am not sure. Memento benefits from hybrid build. Especially if you have 2~3 blue or yellow core instead of full red. Personally, I'd go for a 3 red 2 blue build with technician.
