This is very late but I am playing a Paladin (Oath of Devotion) and chose the Dark Urge as my background and I just did something pretty bad while I was asleep (aka I did *not* choose to do this thing) and I *still* broke my oath, so yes, it seems impossible to run Paladin-Dark Urge and not somehow break your Oath. 5.

Oath of Vengeance. I think the key of doing it without breaking Oath is to not promise to punish her before going into it. When you bring the ledger back in that dialog there's an Oath of Vengeance option and if you pick that and then spare her you break Oath, but if you pick any of the other options and spare her there's no breakage. You don't need to side with the Goblins to free Sazza. You can just use her to infiltrate the Goblin Camp and then kill the 3 Leaders once within.
