Riverside or Muldraugh probably. Every location has at least the basics of what you need. Easy access to water for survival purposes is a must eventually, though. Gas station in Dixie would be my choice for a single central base location in a long run, assuming you want to hit up any and all of the other locations. Plenty to loot around the town, essentially infinite gas once you find a generator, close to at least two antique stoves, and perfectly positioned to strike ...
