Well I worked around that and got it to work. for some reasong tho I couldnt interact with the "Neural Apparatus" while in SPOILERS Mind Flayer Colony for some reason so I deleted mods and re-installed the game. Now after following your steps and after installing 1 dye mod manually (dropped it in BG3/Mods folder) my game launchedd again.
