Emerald Clover Society nominations are accepted every two years. The inaugural class of the society was inducted in 2002, the national 4-H centennial year and the 50th anniversary of the Michigan 4-H Foundation. Subsequent Emerald Clover Society induction years include 2004, 2006, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2014 , 2016, 2018 and 2022.Cloverbuds. Cloverbuds are the youngest youth, aged 5-7, served by 4-H clubs.
