EFILive and HPTuners both offer "Custom Operating Systems" for the 0411 to support boost and or nitrous. Try to find a variant of the 2156 OS that had your 5.7 liter LS1 engine in it from GM (this DOES exist) and also contains whatever transmission you desire. Otherwise, you will need to do a segment swap or try to fix checksum errors with Universal Patcher. Or simply edit your 8322 OS and move ahead.
